Robert J.
Sternberg, professor of psychology and education at Yale University, was one of the first modern researchers to study and develop a model of love. After studying successful loving relationships, Sternberg developed a love triangle (no, not that kind of triangle). Sternberg’s love triangle represented ‘complete’ the love and consisted of a triangle with one side against the commitment to privacy and the passion side.
Sternberg describes love as something complete, we should all strive for – a love that includes a short-term decision to love and a long-term decision to maintain this relationship of love (commitment), closeness, sharing, communication and support (privacy), and, of course, physical arousal, the sexual aspect of any relationship of love (passion). A relationship in which one of these sides is very low or nonexistent, according to Sternberg, endangered, despite our constantly changing form triangles.
Think about your relationships. How would you like triangle? If you’re like many people, the passion side is a short form. Oh, not that I do not try. You get home early for you and your spouse can have a little more time together, I help around the house if the tasks performed before, etc, but there are chances that one of you are too tired.
You’ve tried everything that you remember to add a bit more passion in your relationship, but after 10 rolls around the clock or all their good intentions are forgotten – you realize that you do nothing you want to do more than sleep. But figure out your relationship to survive. It’s been that way for now. Or not?
Did you know that your diet may have something to do with how you feel – at night or at any time? Nutrition related to sex? Sure. As nutrition is related to an aspect of physical performance.
What to do?
Here are some ideas to help you become more passionate when necessary.
Proteins to carbohydrates />
As a bodybuilder, you probably already focused on getting enough protein, but here is another thing you need to know. Protein that is awake. Of course, you know that protein is going to destroy your metabolic rate as a result of their digestion difficult and complex. While this is true, this is not what I mean.
You see, our brain works in the signals transmitted by brain chemistry. Many of these brain chemicals are formed from amino acids (tyrosine, etc.) So when you eat a protein, these neurotransmitters are trained and function of the brain is stimulated – maybe a little, but are encouraged, not However (and most athletes will tell you that’s obvious). We feel more alert and ready for action.
Carbohydrates, on the other hand, are depressants. A meal rich in carbohydrates cause drowsiness – a result of a sharp rise in blood sugar followed by a rapid decline. Obviously, you should eat as much carbohydrates and protein for a meal at night. However, you may want to try to change a bit of chicken for extra portion of pasta. It can only help.
Calories, carbohydrates and water
A diet that is low in calories, carbohydrates or water also affects a person’s emotional state. If you’re dieting, remember that calories are the last thing that should fall (the first being fat.) Carbohydrates are energy foods and a drastic reduction in calories and carbohydrates wreak havoc on your energy level.
Water is the most critical nutrient. If you do not replenish fluids after a workout, just do not feel ready for anything muscularly. In general, a diet low in these components that make a person tired and cranky.

fat
Under the metabolism of fats. To slow down. A diet high in fat can lead to accumulation of plague in critical blood vessels and obstruct normal blood flow. blood flow to the genitals correctly is an important aspect of sexual response. Sexual health and overall good, limit your consumption of fatty red meats, nuts and whole milk products.
Connection Nutrition Stress />
Often, lack of libido can be attributed to excessive stress. This can be remedied nutritionally. Ensure adequate intake of vitamins B1, B2, B3, C and - perhaps a good complement. In addition, you can try a glass of wine at night. Not only the light of moderate alcohol consumption was linked to good health, but this is perhaps what needs to relax, reduce inhibitions and make you feel more in love.
Increase your intake of iron / span> br /> <
Some studies have linked the consumption of iron to be alert. It is possible that iron supplements may help if you're not consuming meat or large vegetables. Drink a glass of orange juice with iron-fortified foods, absorb more iron.
Chocolate?
Many anecdotal reports have suggested that chocolate has aphrodisiac properties. Some researchers have suggested that chocolate stimulates the secretion of endorphins. Although this has not been justified, the reports are so common that it is worth trying. Perhaps equally important that all this is that you and your spouse, eat together and communicate. Contact with the inner side of the triangle is often much more significant side passion.
What you eat affects your performance and how you feel. Do not let poor nutrition ruin the passion in your relationship. Try some of the things described above. Surely feel more alive and awake. And that only goes a long way to wake your partner.
