The Arthritis Foundation is a national not-for-profit organization
that supports the more than 100 types of arthritis and related
conditions with advocacy, programs, services and research.
Community Toolbox (ctb.ku.edu)
provides practical information to support work in promoting
community health and development. The site is maintained
by the Work Group on Health Promotion and Community Development
at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, Kansas, and was
developed with AHEC/Community Partners in Amherst, Massachusetts.

This Federal agency's website has a wealth of information
